THE PROFESSIONAL SOLUTION FOR LPG FILTER CLEANING
LPG Filter Cleaning
Professional lpg filter cleaning technology with the Oxyhtech system
lpg filter cleaning using Oxyhtech technology allows the elimination of oily residues, particles and impurities accumulated in the gas system, restoring the correct fuel flow and original vehicle performance.
Unlike other methods, our system combines technical cleaning, process control and final validation, guaranteeing effective and safe cleaning for LPG and Autogas systems.
Where does the LPG cleaning system act?
The Oxyhtech lpg filter cleaning system acts directly on the residues that cause blockages and loss of performance in the gas supply system.
Oily residues from LPG
During system operation, residues and oils are generated that adhere to the filter, reducing the correct passage of fuel.
Particles and impurities from the circuit
LPG filters retain particles from the tank, ducts and components of the injection system.
Blockages in gas flow
Accumulation of residues can affect both the liquid and gas phases, altering combustion and engine operation.
How does our LPG cleaning system work?
The Oxyhtech process is designed to clean LPG filters thoroughly without damaging their internal components.
The process consists of five phases:
1
Initial filter diagnosis
The condition of the filter and the level of saturation are analysed before starting the cleaning.
2
Application of Oxyhtech technical detergent
Patented chemical products developed specifically to eliminate accumulated residues and sediments are used.
3
Controlled internal cleaning
The system removes adhered residues through a safe and controlled process, respecting the integrity of the filter.
4
Complete component drying
Drying process designed to guarantee the correct operation of the filter after cleaning.
5
Final flow verification
The correct passage of fuel and the final condition of the filter are checked before reinstallation.
Why Choose Our Gasoline Particulate Filter Cleaning System?
Oxyhtech Carbon cleaning machines use a controlled hydrogen-based cleaning process designed to remove carbon deposits, oily residues and contaminants accumulated inside LPG and Autogas engines. The system acts throughout the intake and combustion circuit, restoring cleaner airflow and improving combustion efficiency without dismantling engine components. This method:
- Does not damage the engine or LPG system components. The vehicle is ready to continue operating normally after the treatment.
- Removes accumulated carbon deposits and oily residues from the combustion and intake system.
- Improves engine performance, combustion efficiency and throttle response.
- Helps reduce emissions and stabilise engine operation in LPG and Autogas vehicles.
- Uses Oxyhtech patented chemical and descarbonising technology developed for professional workshops.
- Is compatible with cars, light commercial vehicles and LPG fleet vehicles.

Questions About LPG Cleaning?
If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for in the FAQs, reach out directly. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
What vehicles use LPG filters?
LPG filters are present in vehicles adapted or manufactured to run on Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) or Autogas. This system is used in both cars and light commercial vehicles and professional fleets. Brands such as Dacia, Renault, Fiat, Opel or Hyundai incorporate LPG systems in various standard or adapted models.
Why is lpg filter cleaning important?
Because LPG filters are responsible for retaining residues, particles and impurities present in the fuel and in the gas circuit. Over time, these accumulations reduce the correct flow of LPG and can cause failures in the injection system, loss of performance or irregular engine operation.
When does an LPG filter need cleaning?
Cleaning is recommended when symptoms such as loss of power, jerking, unstable idling or difficulty switching between petrol and LPG appear. It also forms part of preventive system maintenance to avoid blockages and future breakdowns.
What symptoms can a blocked LPG filter cause?
A saturated LPG filter can cause reduced power, increased consumption, combustion failures, irregular engine operation or problems in the gas supply system. In some cases, it can also affect the performance of LPG injectors.
What is the difference between replacing and cleaning an LPG filter?
Replacement involves completely changing the component, while professional cleaning allows residues to be removed and filter operation to be recovered as long as its structure is in good condition. This helps reduce maintenance costs and extend the useful life of the LPG system.
Is the cleaning process safe for the LPG system?
Yes. Every Oxyhtech machine purchase includes full technical training so your team can perform GPF cleaning efficiently and profitably from day one.
